Unable to login to my account as changed email address, also license number is too short when I copy

I have changed my email address to  so am unable to login to my account on AVG to retrieve my password.  Also my license number is too short when copied from original 2014 version to update from 2014 to 2015 online.  My license is meant to expire June 2016 as only just repurchased.
