Just signed up for the 60 day free trial for the Identity Protection and I am unable to login to activate the subscription or deactivate the subscription. Based on my google searches seems like this is an ongoing problems spanning years. Seems like really shady business practices. Is there a current issue with AVG platforms preventing customers from logging in?
