Unable to open Marriott Bonvoy app

For the past few weeks I have been unable to open My Marriott Bonvoy app on iPhone 15.

I am getting a message that says security software has a 'web proxy' enabled and suggest disabling security app web proxy settings.

I do not know how to do this on iPhone and its not clear in settings.
