Unable to open VPN

I purchased the VPN and paid the two-year subscription, however, I cannot access. I download and I am not offered the opportunity to enter the license.
The message says I have to purchase. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. No luck. There is no-one to contact. 
Who do I send a help request?
My only option is to put a complaint through to PayPal. Non-delivery of product. Although the product is clearly in my account. HELP!
