Unable to purchase from AVG website

I want to buy 1 month of subscription of AVG PC TuneUp, but going to the "billed monthly" page of shop.avg.com that the free version of PC TuneUp links me to does not work. Either the page is locked in an endless loading loop or is lacking formatting depending on which browser I use. I can access the page by disabling javascript, but when proceeding to payment I get a "Payment Authorisation Failed" error and cannot continue regardless of the browser used or status of javascript.
