Unable to Re-Install AVG Security 2017

Having found my AVG Security 2017 wasn't running or even accessible I tried, without success to repair, then reinstall (having uninstalled it).  The re-install just stalled at 73% each time.  I then tried AVG Clear but to no vail even after some while.

AVG My Account only shows AVG Tune Up and not the AVG Security 2017 for which I can access the invoice for on the site showing its renewal date as Jan 2018.

Help please!
