Unable to reinstall avg antivirus

luckly I've managed to solve the problem by simply restart the computer. Anyway, thank you for the availability and the quick reply.

What is the OS version? Please share us the screenshot (http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-create-a-screenshot) of the installation error message to check and assist you further. You can also post the screenshot here on your topic. Click on Answer & then click on the Image [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

I've just disinstalled the AVG antivirus, because it asks me to install the latest version. Now, I've downloaded the latest version for the web, but when I try to install it, there is a error message saying that I've already AVG on my mac, so I can't install another one, but as I said before, I've just disinstalled it from my mac. Please help me
