When trying to renew from within the program, the resulting webpage says I am unable to "upgrade" (which I don't want to do, I just want to renew). "MySubscriptions" page says I have no subscriptions, yet the order page for my account gives order numbers and dates (my current subscription expires this month). I've been using AVG Internet Security on this computer since 2013. How can I NOT have a subscription? How do I renew my subscription?
