Unable to reply and/or attach to emails

I question as to why AVG will not (or can not) refund me, as they have my (substantial amount of) money, yet keep claiming that they can't refund (or reactivate) me unless "I show them a Paypal confirmation on their company letterhead"...?????

...And of course I keep being told to - "reply with attachment to this email" - but of course one can't reply as they is no option to reply???
