Hi David,
You can download and install your product again without any further payment. We are aware of this unpleasant issue and we have already released fix for it.
Just go to your AVG PC TuneUp > Help & Support > Check for Updates and run the update to fix the issue.

I have just renewed my AVG Computer Check Up and downloaded it and all appeared ok. But when i ran my first 1 click check it got  three quarters of the way through then stopped and computer shut down. Now when i try to run ! click check it will not load  and says successive attempts failed contact AVG support. If i uninstall it and try to load it again will i be re billed ? Help please i have loaded AVG on to our other 3 computers without any problem.
