Unable to turn on VPN and Firewall Protection

I can't find "enable trusted networks and now my password protection disables every time I turn off my computer.

This morning I stumbled on "you need to update your application update"

I don't want to have to do anything every single day or risk being hacked.

Very scary being with AVG, need support.

Hello Dennis.
We're here to help.
Follow the steps below to make sure AVG Secure VPN turns on automatically when connected to internet.

Open AVG Secure VPN and click Settings (the gear icon) in the top-right of the screen.
Ensure the Network Security tab is selected in the left panel, then tick the box next to Automatically when connected to the Internet.

By default, AVG Secure VPN does not automatically connect when you are using a trusted private network. To ensure AVG Secure VPN connects automatically every time you use the internet, untick the box next to Exclude Trusted (private) networks.

Regarding the AVG firewall, could you make sure you activated AVG Internet Security successfully?

This morning I was prompted to turn on my Firewall protection, it will NOT let me claiming I'm not hooked up to the internet which I am.
My VPN also constantly goes off on its own and the only way to rely on it is to check it daily to see if its on.
We are sorry to hear this.

We will help you to resolve the issue.

We have offered our additional support through email. Please check for the email and connect back to us as soon as possible.
