When I log into my account there is a message that my credit card expires shortly. In thew new payment section I try to update card but every time I get a message that something went wrong and to contact support centre. This just goes to the pages with FOAs and no way to email or phone AVG. Do AVG no longer want my subscription? Most frustrating.

I cannot either and have 5 products to update payment for.
Yep same here. They sent an email stating there’s a problem with my Paypal account (there isn’t) and the change payment/card details option on my account doesn’t work. I’ve tried ‘contact us’ but just get trapped in an infinity loop of options which don’t help
