Unable to Update my payment method for my AVG subscriptions

Hello, I’ve been trying to update my payment method on my AVG account, but it’s not working when I click the button for that. And when I go to update it for any of my subscriptions individually it says

Sorry, there’s been a glitch

Please try again later. If the problem continues, contact support.

And I can’t remember how I get a hold of someone to communicate through a chat session. Because it seems like that’s no ware to be found. And this is very frustrating because I need my AVG subscriptions.

Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated, and thank you for your time.

I have had the same problem for the past week - I cannot update my soon to expire payment method. The same “sorry, there’s been a glitch” popup comes up every time I try (multiple times/day).
