I had a problem when I installed AVG security and could not access my microsoft account. I uninstalled security and got on straight away. I have reinstalled AVG but how do I stop this happening. It does not do it on my phone

Did the issue get resolved when you disable AVG protection temporarily?

Ok, so I am getting very frustrated and thinking about cancelling security on my sons laptop. Its not allowing us to use Chrome properly. I am trying to log onto his school microsoft account but for some reason we are being blocked. I have amended the Microsoft account to be able to access AVG but I am unable to add Microsoft to the allowed apps on the AVG App. Anyone know what to do please?
