Unable to use webmail due to AVG block

Hello Tad,

Do you receive any threat detection message while trying to access your web-mail site? Are you able to access it when AVG is disabled?

Right click on AVG icon under system tray next to clock, click on toggle bar to turn off your protection temporarily.

AVG is listing my webmail site ie https://webmail.exetel.com.au/src/login.php as a phishing site. I have added this site to the exclusions but I am still unable to access it. Please help.
