Unauthorised billing

However, upon checking, we couldn't locate your (129.99$) charge under the email address you've used to contact us here.

There appears on my credit card statement a 129.99$ charge that I absolutely positively did not authorize. I see this has happened to others and AVG's response is a very weak "You authorized this charge with you signed up for… I want this credited back to my account IMMEDIATELY!

This is about to happen to me as well, I have been all over this site trying to unsubscribe a product that expire tomorrow that you will not allow me access to. I will report this to my bank today as fraud.  This is the most crooked company I have ever delt with, makes me wonder if you really have a product at all.
