Thank you for your understanding.
I was recently charged $115.99 via PayPal by AVG Ecommerce CY B.V. This was represented as a recurring payment through PayPal, but I checked and it was not set up. The AVG order number was (Order number redacted) for AVG Antivirus I think. I was told that I would receive an email 45 days before any payment was requested, but never received any email, probably because it is now a defunct email address. In the meantime, I have purchased a new suite of AVG programs - Internet Security, Secure VPN etc. and no longer need the old anti-virus program. I was totally unaware of some ancient recurring payment agreement for software that I no longer needed. Since it is less than a month since the payment was taken from my PayPal account, I would request that the company give me a refund for software that is clearly no longer required. Thanks, Ron
