Unauthorised money taken from my account again!

Hello, can you please give me a refund, your product is not on my system and I therefore do not use and have not for a long time.  Please remove my credit card details from your system, I do not give you permission to take money from my account at any point in the future and please remove all of my details from your database.  Many thanks!  Elizabeth Fleming

You have taken £74.99 from my account again!  I do not use AVG and want my money back.  It's only six months since you did this before, what is wrong with your company administration?
