Unauthorised payment for subscription not due until 31/5/20 Pse cancel my subscription immediately

We are sorry to hear that you wish to cancel your AVG subscription.

This order was placed because you agreed to automatic extensions of your Subscription Period when you originally purchased your AVG product. Information about your subscription, including instructions on how to unsubscribe from future renewals, are included in all order confirmation emails. We also send a notice by email before the charge takes place (except for monthly subscriptions). When your subscription is extended, we send an additional order confirmation email.This also contained information on how to unsubscribe.

As we're advised not to explain the charges in public post, I have sent an email regarding it.

My subscription is not due for renewal until 31/5/20 and I intended to cancel it before then. Today, 16/5/20, AVG are attempting to take next year's subscription.for a service I no longer require. I would like my £64.99 which is pending in my account cancelled immediately please.  My bank have informed me that I must contact AVG which give no contact details on their emails.  If the £64.99 continues to be charged to my account my bank say they will take it up with AVG and dispute their right to take next year's subscription two weeks early without giving me a chance to cancel.

This is a very disreputable way of doing business and you should be ashamed of yourselves for taking advantage of a 75-year old customer (76 next week) who is self-isolating due to age and underlying health condition during a pandemic and not always in the right frame of mind to understand or respond to emails which I don't know how to reply to. My daughter confirms that your emails always say DO NOT REPLY..  I would like my money back please. I thought I had at least two weks to cancel but didn't know how to do it. My daughter showed me how to unsuscribe but you seem to be saying that only applies to next year, 2021.  Please give me my money back.  I no longer want your services nor can I afford them.
