Unauthorised payment from my account

I certainly understand the inconvenience this may have caused. It could be an automatic renewal that has happened on your AVG subscription. When you purchase an AVG subscription, it will continue until it is canceled.
I also see that you have submitted a refund request to our mobile support team. They will process your request at the earliest and get back to you via email with a confirmation.
