Could I please take this opportunity to thank you for the excellent service I received in response to my request to investigate why funds were taken from my PayPal account to pay for a subscription I no longer have. I swear to anyone reading this, that I have never before experienced such excellent service from any customer service team as I have just with AVG Technologies. Their fast, polite response to the emails I sent and replied to, is a real credit to the company, and I'm sure there are a lot of companies out there who could learn a lot from their example.

On the 14th February Digital River extracted £74.99 from my PayPal account to pay AVG Technologies for my subscription renewal. Why this was carried out I don’t understand as I cancelled my subscription to AVG after the last payment and no longer subscribe to any of their products. Could you please explain why this was done and what needs to be done to reclaim the money taken from my account?
