Unauthorised payment

I've just been billed £74.99 for a subscription renewal. I've had no notification to my account email about the payment being due. In my account there are no subscriptions showing and I can't get in touch with customer service,  I've tried several times to get in touch and the site doesn't accept my details even though I'm logged into my account. I would like a refund please.
