I have replied to the emails sent by both you and your colleague Abdul Kader but the response to Abdul keeps coming back as
"Dear Customer, Unfortunately, your email wasn’t delivered because we can’t identify which ticket it refers to."
I am unwilling to give card or bank details on this forum, please email me directly to sort out this issue
