Unauthorised payment

I have sent an email requesting more details. Please confirm those details in a reply email.

A payment has been taken from my bank account without my authorisation and have not received any notification from AVG prior to this happening. I have been on an online chat with AVG who cannot see the payment on their records and made no offer to assist me in identifying what it was for. Has anyone else had this problem?
