Hi so I have just noticed that a payment was taken on the 24th July. Then I checked with my bank and my account with avg and my account has renewed without my authorisation. I have been led to believe this maybe called auto renew and and unfortunately I wasn’t aware of this nor was I aware about this option. I have not required avg security since 2018 and would appreciate that these funds are returned and this auto subscription cancelled.
Hi thanks for the quick response, I see it is pending payment now. But I am also querying the payment that was taken last year too. I haven’t used or activated that one either. And wasn’t aware of it till my bank told me. I use my husbands avg subscription. So would it be possible for a refund for this years and last years payment as it wasn’t used.
