Unauthorised PAYPAL subcription payemnt

I am deeply unhappy with digitalriver/AVG.

I have just been charged (£29.99) again for a subscription I have NOT authorised:!

Paypal Transaction ID: 4JX07274JU7444500

Last year I cancelled and got this acknowledgement..:
AVG Technologies - Automatic Billing Stopped (Order #50189183800)

I was still charged £19.99 - I protested to Digital RIver and was fibbed off

This is starting to look like a calculated fraud!

Do you "try this on" because a lot of people don't notice or can't be bothered to deal with huge time waste of trying to sort it all out?
