Recently I tried cancelling my account for AVG internet security, but the money was taken by agent "Digital River Ireland" anyway, via my Pay pal account. To add insult to injury I am currently constantly bombarded with demands that I renew this "protection£, despite the money already having left my account. I think this needs addressing, either DRI has gone rogue, or AVG record keeping has reached a very special level of incompetence! I am certainly discouraged from any further money dealings with AVG. What is my best next step before I contact the financial ombudsman.
