I have been In touch with you concerning your taking money from my account without my authorisation.I have been in touch with my bank and unless you return the £64.99 to my account they are going to take the matter into their hands.I am retired and have to budget my monthly incomings.Your unauthorised withdrawl has caused me a great deal of distress.Is this how you make your money by stealing money from peoples bank accounts.I do not intend to let this go.
