Unauthorized Automated Renewal - Double the subscription

We're sorry to hear that you were unaware of AVG Secure VPN automatic renewal.

When you purchase the subscription the automatic renewal was accepted. If a subscription is turned on, an email notification about automatic renewal is sent 45 days before the end of the prepaid subscription period (expiration date). However, your AVG has been renewed automatically before 15 days of the subscription period. Now, you have an AVG subscription and it will expire on May 24, 2022.

Initially, you have purchased the subscription with an offer and the same price will not be continued for the renewal.
The renewal price will always be the current actual price for the product.

Let us know how to proceed further. 

I need assistance, I have not applied for any updated renewals and to be charged double the initial subscription. I request a refund, as this is outrageous to be paying double the fee and who requested 10 PCs. I normally take for 1 or 2? I would rather look for alternative services and why is AVG automatically saving personal bank information, which was not granted, and automatically renew subscriptions, without permission. If someone can get back to me.

I completely disagree with you. I would like to see the signature and acceptance that I signed. If any person, approves just an automated, without a reflection of what the premium would be, It will be crazy. You can charge any amount and basically state I agreed to it.
I never even take AVG protection for 10 machines. I normally took 1 and then last year for 2. How did you get this one? 
I normally received messages, to upgrade my protection, which I will do and were completely happy with this. Did you also have the approval to save my bank details? 
I require my refund immediately and will report to the consumer protection act.
