I just received an notification from my credit card company that my card was charged Rs. 1178.82 by DRI*AVG Technologies on 10.11.2019 for something I am absolutely sure that I didn't purchase at all. Could you give help for refund?
Also received an bill from avg.cs@digitalriver.com under Order No (removed), which I have not placed. mail sent to this avg.cs@digitalriver.com email is getting undelivered.

However, upon checking the provided order #, we see that you're charged for the renewal of AVG TuneUp. Usually, we do send pre-billing notification prior 30 days of subscription's expiry (which has been sent to you on 10/11/19). If you'd like to cancel this subscription & get refunded, we do understand.
Regarding the account : avg.cs@digitalriver.com, it is an automated email system. Hence, you're unable to reply back to that account.

I have reported the transaction to Discover's fraud prevention service, but I also hope that the AVG team could take action to prevent transactions like this from happening in the future.

Dear AVG team, I have also been charged by Dri Avg Technologies for US39.99 which I dont recall that I have made any subcription for it. JUst rceived today my bank credit card charges for payment. This DRI'AVG Technologies is named Digital River Support. It's a company outwith AVG that handles all AVG transactions on line. Every AVG sale made by you online, DRS takes a charge which is only shown on your bank account, not on AVG reminders etc. So you pay extra for your AVG item at the end of the day. It happened to me too.
MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED $61.23 FOR SOMETHING THAT DOES NOT WORK . i CALL MY CREDIT CARD FRAUD LINE & REPORTED IT . I WANT MY CREDIT CARD CREDITED ASAP… iI ALSO CALLED OUR LOCAL POLICE DEPART. yHERE BETTER BE A CREDIT ON MY NEXT BILLING.

You might be charged for auto renewal of AVG product. When you purchase an AVG subscription (formally known as "Continuing Protection Service"), the subscription will continue until you have cancelled it. Customers will be billed 15 days prior to the start of the next subscription period. Customers will also receive an email regarding the automatic extension of their AVG subscription, 45 days prior to the start of the next subscription period.
Digital River is our Payment gateway. Unfortunately, I couldn't locate any active products/ transactions under your email account: xxx@yahoo.com.tw.
Have you subscribed to trial version of AVG using alternate email address?
