Unauthorized Charge - closed account

We could not find any recent transaction on the account that you used for the AVG community. Hence, I have sent you an email requesting few details to locate your subscription.  Please check for the email and revert to us.

I was charged $98.54 on Sept. 20 on my credit card. Please remove that charge as I am not using AVG,  My computer died, so I bought a new one, which came set-up with an antivirus program. I would appreciate and response from you regarding this matter.  Sherry

I have sent you an email with attachments of the the cancellation and Credit Card statement showing that I was charged. Please confirm that you have received that email with attachments.
