I just signed up a few days ago for AVG. The associate I spoke to on the phone called from the same number - 844-259-8811. Am I going to get an unuathorized charge, too?? I even did a survey after AVG was installed to give an opinion on the assistance I received. Guess I made a big mistake.

There appears on my credit card statement a $69.99 charge that I absolutely positively did not authorize. I see this has happened to others and AVG's response is a very weak "You authorized this charge with you signed up for…" Well, I don't even have AVG on my computer and I have not downloaded it nor authorized jack diddly. I want this credited back to my account IMMEDIATELY!
