I found a charge of $97.41 to my bank account that I DID NOT AUTHORIZE. I have been having issues since you started to send me "early renewal notifications". In fact, I have contacted you on many occasions about one of the programs that had completely stopped working that I was still being charged for, I request a refund for that program and I am NOT going to renew ANYTHING with your company. I will contact my bank and have the charges reversed. If this is how you conduct your business, shame on you.
