I have no idea what service I was charged for. If it was for a trial that was ending, I should have been notified first before any charges were made, because it could have put me into a fee situation with my bank had funds been unavailable, plus it f—ks with my budget!
i want to know first, what the hell this charge was for, and second, I want it refunded. I saw this charge 2-3 three days ago, and I commented here on someone else’s comment on this subject.
Apparently, your company’s practice is to inconvenience people with an unauthorized charge first, rather than show them the courtesy of prior notification prior to the end of a trial product, so that they can be informed and actually give their authorization for the charge. It’s an inconsiderate way of doing business that borders on being underhanded, and I will keep it in mind going forward.
