Unauthorized Charge

I do not need AVG I have antivirus and I don't know how I became enrolled in a renewal of an antivirus that I didn't need and I am asking for you to cancel, refund, and take all of my information out of your system. You are not the only antivirus system that is trying to fraud the public, I have heard other people with the same problem with other companies. It seems to be a pattern. We need to get congress involved.

I opened my bank account and found a charge for a product I have not used in years. I did not authorize this charge and will go thru my bank to remove it if necessary. If you are a reputable company you will do the right thing. I do not even have AVG on my computer anymore, haven't in years.

If I had received an email from you telling me that I was going to be charged for a product that I don't need what do you think I would have done? Obviously, you sent it somewhere else or did not send it at all.
