I received an email early this morning from yourselves, with the following:

You sent a payment of £46.99 GBP to AVG eCommerce CY Limited
.I didnt authorise this payment, through Paypal, but I imagine that its for a renewal of the AVG Anti-virus that I had installed in my computer last year. However, I dont want to renew my subscription, and I wasnt aware that I would be charged automatically for it. I've put a block on my bank account, so it wont be possible for AVG to retrieve the funds. I would now greatly appreciate it if you could withdraw the request for a payment, and advise me when this has been done. Thank you.
