Hello Keith,
We apologize for the inconvenience you've experienced.
Initially, we'd like to inform you that all AVG subscriptions will have the auto-renewal feature enabled as a default setting. Unless it's cancelled, the subscription will keep getting auto-renewed in an annual interval.
Since you hadn't cancelled the auto-renewal of your AVG Internet Security (Multi-Device, 60 days free trial) subscription, you were charged for it's auto-renewal.
Upon checking your account, we can see that you've already raised a refund ticket with our concerned team.
Please be informed that our concerned team have already initiated your refund & have sent you an email confirmation. Check your inbox/spam folders to find the email and use it to keep up the conversation with them.
Furthermore, we can see that the auto-renewal is still active for your other two AVG Internet Security (Multi-Device, 60 days free trial) subscriptions.
Would you llike to cancel them & avoid further renewals?
Awaiting your confirmation.
