And on 1st Feb 2019, you bought a new AVG TuneUp - Unlimited (2 years subscription). AVG PC TuneUp is a computer maintenance and optimization tool that you can install together with AVG. It analyzes and fixes different issues that might occur on your computer, improves the speed of the system. Unfortunately, we can not arrange a refund for either orders because our 30 day refund policy.
We've cancelled automatic renewal for both subscriptions and assure you will not be charged for their renewals. However, they remain active until the expiry date and you can use them on your devices. We'd be more than happy to assist you if you need any assistance.
I just sent you a message accusing you of falsely charging me and I apologize. I do remember ordering your service, perhaps it was 11/27/2018 but I got a virus and had to call in a tech in Feb 2019. I tried to cancel my serves at that time and got charged $83.70 for something else.
