Similar to Gloria Cardenas who posted May 28, and other people, I have just discovered an unauthorised payment being booked off my account for a subscription I have never agreed to.
Since I did not know where this payment was for, I have already reversed it through my bank, after which I have been looking online for solutions.
It seems that I have had similar issues as other people on here in regards to a free trial that then automatically renewed in a paid subscription - one that I however do not want and have never agreed to. I would like to request the same action to be taken, and this subscription to be cancelled, and future unauthorised charging to be prevented.
