Unauthorized payment after subscripton was deactivate

We will clarify this for you.
With the information in the provided email, I see the subscription are under a different email address (@nc.rr.com)
And also the charges under that account took in the month of January 2020 and December 2019.
Only then you have cancelled the auto renewal for these subscriptions.

these are the emails that you sent us after we unsubscribed to AVG in January 2020. WE now have a new charge of $128.69 on our VIsa card on */22/20 without authorization. I sent an email this morning and the auto response came back as no longer available. 
Please refund the 128.62 as we have no longer been using this service.
