I received an unauthorized charge on my credit card statement for $159.99 posted on June the fifth 2019. When I tried to get into my account, I was told that I did not exist. I had to re-register.
If I did not exist, how did you get my credit card number?
I want to receive a refund on this transaction. I will be notifying my credit card company about this
matter.

We were able to get another account using your name which has an incorrect email address entered during the first purchase of AVG Internet Security - Unlimited Devices (2 Years) on 18th June 2017.
Since the first purchase had auto renewal enabled, this $159.99 charge was debited automatically and you didn't receive the notification as the email address entered was incorrect.
To verify the account, we have sent an email and requested few details.
Once you share it through the email, we will proceed with your refund request.
