I had one subscription on my laptop last year, I had been not asked for any email registration that time. just got subscription on laptop. (yes I remembered correctly). Today again subscription renewal amount got deducted (quite high), I have not given any authorization for this renewal.
Now when I am talking to your customer support (via chat login via my this community email ID). so they said they can not help me… Please let me know how I can deactivate this subscription on and get refund this renewal amount?
I have subscription ID with me on my laptop(can see while clicking in AVG icon). Please help
