So as I have never had an active (paid) account with AVG and am definitely not a business owner can anyone explain how and why my bank claim they cannot get my money bank when I raise a dispute due to the retailer contesting my dispute.
The payment according to my bank went to:

I have subsequently removed even free versions of the AVG from all my computers and would like to know why this payment was taken in the first place as neither of my email addresses show any form of transaction history other than an expired free trial!
