Initially, please clarify how you blocked the domain. Is it through AVG or windows settings?
If possible, share us the screenshot of issue for better clarity & let us know the names of AVG programs, operating system installed on your computer.

Hi, I blocked my domain network by accident. How do I unblock it. I cannot use our Wi-Fi network at home.
