You can reset the PIN online to fix the issue. Follow the steps below to reset your PIN:

1. Visit www.my.avg.com
2. Login with AVG MyAccount credentials.
3. You can find device listed.
4. Select device and tap on Settings
5. Tap on Anti-Theft Tab.
6. Enter PIN confirm PIN again.
7. Tap on save to change PIN number for your device.

Hi 
I have just changed SIM card on my old phone which is an android and it has blocked it, I cannot remember the password which was set years ago!! How do I resolve this issue
