We understand that you are unable to connect printer and not able to see the system rules.
We'll certainly check and help you out.
We request you try and check if you have enabled the Internet connection sharing mode in the AVG firewall.
If not we request you to check if you have enabled it and try again.
Open AVG Internet Security, click Menu -> Settings -> Basic Protection -> Enhanced Firewall. On the right-hand side, enable the Internet connection sharing mode.

Using version 24.11.9615.889 no System Rules to allow printer to connect
