Unexpected payments Digital River Ireland

I have been debited via Paypay twice this month by Digital River Ireland. Trading Standards have been made aware and they have been given 10 days by Paypal to show proof that these are authorised payments. Neither they nor Digital River (whose telephone number is a dead line) have forwarded me to AVG. Here too I can't seem to make contact to get my questions answered.  Hopefully the "community" can help? What a ridiculous situation.
Needless to say I have demanded Paypal to cease all payments  immediately.
If you can't give me proof of this so call authorised billing agreement, I want a full and immediate refund.
As I said, Trading Standards have said I can escalate this to the Financial Obudsman if I get no positive outcome.
I look forward to hearing from whoever instigated the Digital River payments as they can't tell me.
