Unhappy with a tech supporter

Yesterday, 05/21/2019, I talked to Joana, tech supporter (844-234-6038)  asking to correct my AVG subscription expiration date. It should be good until 12/27/2019 as showed in my account, but my computer showed I have only 15 days left ! Both she and I saw the incorrect information. 

She logged in my computer and then offered all kinds of extra services, which I denied and told her I only need to correct the expiration date . She did not want to log out regardless of my requests several times, and she continued to press me to buy the extra services by saying "I am having your computer now…" I finally had to turn off  the computer myself. 

Needless to say, I am deeply disappointed with the attitude of an expecting friendly from AVG Customers Help team. This bad thing should never happened for a good business.
