Good morning Avinash
Many thanks for clearing this up, it only put me on a stress level that I did not need right now, Why doesnt AVG put a little label on it then, it would have meant I did not have to have a day and half recovering from Crohns flare up, brought on by the stress.  

I now have VPN switched on   :)    Ken

Good afternoon, I put my pc on about 12 and there was a item come up in the taskbar, it states "unidentified network internet access"   I have updated AVG and run it twice, closed the pc down for 20 minutes, its still there.  Checked other pc's & ipads are off, its still there .   I need to go online for some very sensitive info, how cna I check where this item came from, hoe do i find the item that is online, that shouldn't be, and then what, how do i stop this happening. ?   Sorry loads ofquestions,

Good afternoon Balasubramanian

Thank you for getting back to me, I found out what the problem is/was, it is the VPN being on that has shown this up, I inadvertently put it off, as I was getting fed up not knowing, I switched it to off, and the item went away, VPN came ton to say its off, so I put it on and it reappeared.

VPN has been going off and on saying my session has ended , or my vpn is on I am covered etc.  Oh this happens a few times a day, I started to ignore it. 

I now have VPN off…

Ken, this is expected behavior and it is not a problem.
When you are connected to internet via AVG Secure VPN, you are connected via an AVG VPN server which is named as an unidentified network.
