After the removal, please try reinstalling the AVG Web TuneUp http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Install-AVG-Web-TuneUp once.

When trying to install Web TuneUp on Windows 7 (firefox browser), I am instructed to first uninstall AVG toolbar.  Well, I have tried, but it will not go away!  Don't know what I could be missing.
